Birth Doula Support
Support that empowers, every step of the way
Birth is beautiful and life-changing and intense and hard work; I’m here to help make it feel manageable and fulfilling.
As your doula, my goal is for you to feel truly supported in every decision you make.
I have supported over 70 families throughout pregnancy and labor, and can promise you that no two experiences have been exactly the same. This is your pregnancy and your birth—I respect and honor your experience.
You deserve to feel supported, heard, and centered in your care. Period. Whether every single thing goes your way in labor or you find yourself having to pivot yards away from your original birth plan, you deserve to feel empowered.
I am here to remind you of your strength, empower you in your decision-making, ensure your voice is heard, and share my experience and heart with you. Doula support is so much more than a few hip squeezes (though I’m pretty darn good at those, too); I am here to hold the space you need throughout this adventure.
I am currently in the process of relocating to south-central Colorado! Because of this huge move,
I am not currently taking doula clients. I hope to be up and running in Colorado towards the
end of the year and look forward to serving those in the Centennial State!
“Working with Amy leading up to and during the birth of our first was an absolute dream. From our initial conversation, she made me feel empowered and informed and did a wonderful job of making sure my partner felt just as informed.
I could have never achieved the unmedicated birth I wanted without her support.”
