I’m SO incredibly excited to share that I’m now able to offer high quality, handmade jewelry created with your preserved breast milk!

As a birthworker, I see firsthand the incredible effort that comes along with feeding your baby from your body. I often remind new parents that you’re both figuring this nursing thing out together. Your baby has never fed by mouth before and is trying to master a three part symphony (suck, swallow, breathe) all at once while getting acclimated to this loud, bright new world that is so different from what they’ve known. The fact that humans are born being able to seek out breastmilk is nothing short of amazing. (Seriously, look up the breast crawl if you’re not familiar—it’s SO cool.)

Whether you have fed your baby from your body for just under two days or over two years, you are INCREDIBLE. Completely and truly, I admire you. I want to help you celebrate that connection in a shiny, special way.

In bringing breastmilk jewelry to my company, it was important for me to create something that will stand the test of time. So much jewelry out there is plated—which means it will eventually wear off and leave you with something looking like it came from the quarter machine. It is so important to me to use only high quality materials so that your investment stays looking gorgeous for a LONG time. Because of that, I use only stamped 925 sterling silver, 14kt gold-filled, and 14kt solid gold metals.

The process that I use to preserve breastmilk is also feasible for many other inclusions. Formula can be preserved for those who went that route to lovingly nourish their babies and creates beautifully pearl-like jewelry like breastmilk. A few pieces of baby’s first lock of hair can be added to most every piece that I make, as well as dehydrated placenta (one of your placenta pills is all I need!), umbilical cord stump, a special tiny piece of fabric, and more.

For loss parents, keepsake jewelry can serve as a tangible way to keep their baby with them day in and day out. I can include a tiny few hairs, cremation ash, grave site soil, and other small bits that remind parents of their baby. If you have a bit of breastmilk to include, great. If not, that is also completely great—your jewelry can still be made absolutely beautifully. Bereavement of an infant (and all that comes with it) is such a life-changing experience—you deserve to feel supported in every single way you need, and your perfect baby deserves to be remembered every single day.

I’d be honored to make whatever you’re looking for.

I’ve got a selection of earrings and necklaces available. A few folks have asked about bracelets—I have been testing a few options and will offer them when I feel I’ve got something that can stand up to the abuse and exposure that bracelets tend to take every day.

Whatever you choose, the process is easy peasy.

First, check out the options over on my breastmilk jewelry website, fill out your customizations, and place your order.

You can order a shipping kit from me to make the entire process seamless or package and ship your milk on your own.

Once I’ve received your milk and any other inclusions, I can get started on your jewelry! The process of creating your “milk stone” takes about 8-10 days to ensure a full cure. Once everything is completely cured and set, I package up your jewelry with love and send it right back to you. Then you get to wear it and share it with pride!

⬅️ Ready for this to be you?

ME TOO!

Let’s collaborate on something gorgeous. You bring the inclusions, I’ll do the jewelry part, you wear the final product with pride.
